We are happy to work with certified personal trainer Dana Buschine – who can motivate and push you (in a good way) to reach your full fitness potential. All personal training sessions at Ortho PT are one-on-one in our Wake Forest training facility with a wide array of professional equipment available.

Sessions with Dana are available on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She works with clients of all ages and fitness levels, and will tailor a program specifically for you.
