Kaela Bellefeuil, DPT, OCS

Kaela earned her doctorate in physical therapy from Winston-Salem State University and a BS in exercise science from Pfeiffer University, where she played four years of basketball.  She played two previous years while she studied at Meredith College. Olivier Chassin, DPT, Cert. DN

Olivier is the co-owner of Orthopedic Physical Therapy Associates and has extensive experience treating a wide variety of orthopedic conditions. He has a special interest in the treatment of shoulder and spinal injuries in athletes, and is a Running & Gait Analysis specialist.

Tyler Clements, DPT

Tyler earned his doctorate in physical therapy and bachelors in allied health sciences from the University of Connecticut. He has experience working in both outpatient and inpatient settings, and enjoys working with patients of all ages.

Brian Gentile, PT, Cert. DN

Brian earned his Master’s in Physical Therapy from Western Carolina University and his Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University. He has more than 15 years of clinical experience in orthopedics and has extensive knowledge treating a wide range of orthopedic injuries and age ranges. Brian has special interests in treating foot, knee and shoulder conditions, and is dry needling certified for all areas of the body.

Caitlin Goldsmith, DPT

Caitlin earned her bachelor’s degree in Health Policy and Management with a minor in Biology from Providence College and her clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy from New York Medical College. Caitlin has practiced in the outpatient orthopedic setting for more than a decade and has experience working in pediatrics and aquatic therapy.

Michael Holt McPherson, DPT

Holt earned his clinical doctorate in physical therapy from Duke University, and attended Georgia Tech as an undergrad. When he was at Tech, he ran track and earned All-ACC honors in Long Jump. Grant Nelson, DPT, Cert. DN

Grant is the co-owner of Orthopedic Physical Therapy Associates and has considerable experience in the treatment of orthopedic injuries as well as balance and vestibular therapy. A North Carolina native, he completed a BS in microbiology with a minor in business management at North Carolina State University. He went on to pursue his graduate degree from Duke University where he earned a clinical doctorate degree in physical therapy.

Caroline Neideffer, DPT, Cert. DN

Caroline earned her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee and her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Appalachian State University. Caroline has experience working with many different patient populations in outpatient orthopedics and sports settings. She has a special passion for working with sports related injuries and concussion management. Caroline is dry needling and ImPACT concussion management certified.

Holly earned her clinical doctorate in physical therapy from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, where she also earned a bachelors of health sciences. In her years of practice, she has worked at various clinics in New York, Illinois and North Carolina.
