Orthopedic Physical Therapy is pleased to work with Duke University’s School of Medicine as an approved site for their Orthopaedic Hybrid Physical Therapy Residency.
This program is in it’s first year for physical therapists who want to advance their knowledge and skills, and is led by J. Kyle Covington, PT, DPT, PhD (Director of Post-Professional Education and Educational Innovation; Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery, Core Faculty at Duke University School of Medicine).
Mallory Martlock, DPT is enrolled in this exciting program, mentored by our Co-Owner Grant Nelson, DPT, who also earned his clinical doctorate from Duke University. Our Wake Forest location had a recent on-site visit from residency leadership to evaulate progress and development.
Ortho PT is committed to providing the best care to our patients with knowledgeable, well-rounded and compassionate therapists. If you would like to learn more about Duke’s Hybrid Physical Therapy Residency, click here.
